IntroKeep

Privacy Policy

Updated July 21, 2026

IntroKeep is built to help you remember professional relationships without treating contact data as advertising inventory.

Information you provide

We process the profile, card, contact, meeting-context, reminder, event, and privacy-setting information you choose to add. Imported and scanned contacts remain private to your account unless that person independently claims or joins the service.

How information is used

We use this information only to provide identity sharing, card capture, organization, reminders, export, account security, and the consent-aware connection features you enable. We do not sell contact data or use private contact libraries for advertising.

Sharing and consent

Public card links contain only fields the card owner publishes. Identity-on-save, save notifications, mutual messaging, and analytics remain off until you enable each setting. Every choice can be changed independently in Privacy.

Storage and security

Product data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and media in Cloudflare R2. Authentication is provided by WorkOS. Access is scoped to the authenticated account, authenticated responses are not cached, and media uploads are validated and stripped of embedded metadata.

Retention

We keep product data while your account is active so your cards, private contact library, provenance, and follow-ups remain available. Account deletion removes product data and schedules associated media and authentication records for idempotent cleanup.

Your controls

You can correct, export, or delete your information from the Privacy screen. Account deletion removes product data and schedules associated media and authentication cleanup. Failed queued changes remain visible and retryable.
